Troop Shepherd

• Be a prayer warrior, praying for the Troop, its girls and its adult volunteers.
• Get to know each girl. Volunteer and attend most Troop meetings, being observant to behavior changes, feelings of isolation, withdrawal, or non-participation by any Troop members.
• Offer encouragement to girls and volunteers and shares in concerns and congratulations through cards, letters and prayers.
• May also serve as the volunteer to oversee the earning of the religious awards by the girls.
